Shipping method

Shipping information:

Customers need to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Once the goods are sent, they will not be returned or exchanged.
Under normal circumstances, our store's delivery time is scheduled within 3-5 working days after confirming acceptance of the order.

If the customer confirms the order on a legal holiday, the order processing time may exceed 7 working days.
The order will be sent by the corresponding logistics company according to different products.

Once the waybill is processed, shipping will take approximately 1-3 working days. Regarding the status of the waybill, you can track the waybill number on the logistics company's website.

If the delivery address is entered in an SF Express smart locker/other cooperative self-pickup point, it may be full and require longer waiting time. When this happens, SF Express will contact the customer to discuss whether to change the delivery location/continue to wait. Customers need to contact SF Express themselves.

Residential address delivery cannot specify a receipt date and time for all items.
Please carefully check and confirm your personal information and address when purchasing in order to arrange delivery.
*Customers can fill in the SF station/smart cabinet pickup as needed.
(Any additional costs or time incurred due to incorrect address or delivery method are the responsibility of the customer)

Delivery service:

<Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan> regional customers

For any purchase over HKD$699, we will arrange free delivery via SF Express/transportation company to residential/industrial and commercial addresses. Local delivery will take about 2-3 working days.

For orders below HKD$699, shipping fee will be charged:

1. Self-pickup at SF Express Station/SF Express Smart Cabinet
2. SF/transportation company delivery (residential/industrial and commercial)

SF Express (delivery takes 2-3 working days)

Including SF Express stations, smart lockers or lockers (you only need to fill in the outlet code for the location, such as H852FG60P)

Customers in Taiwan:

You can choose to deliver to: residential addresses, industrial and commercial addresses, and SF Express business points.

Individuals with local household registration in Taiwan must download "EZ WAY" on their mobile phones for real-name authentication.
