  1. **Purchase Process**:
    We use the online store [self-service ordering] method and do not use any communication methods to place orders.

  1. **Price and Payment**:
    All product prices are calculated in [Hong Kong dollars].
    Payment methods include: bank transfer and other designated methods, please choose your convenient payment method.

 

  1. **In-stock and on-order items**:
    Spot goods are generally shipped within 3-5 working days. If the customer confirms the order during a legal holiday, the order processing time may exceed 7 working days. It usually takes about 14 - 28 working days to order goods. If the order includes "ordered" goods, they will be shipped after all the goods are received. And only one shipping fee will be free (please contact us if you need to send it separately).
    Our company currently only provides products for sale in: Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan countries/regions.
    Other countries/regions will be connected in the future.

  1. **Confirm order**:
    After the company confirms receipt of payment, the customer will receive an "Order Confirmation" email notification with details.
    Confirmed orders cannot be canceled unless the product is discontinued/no longer available.
    No refunds, changes and cancellations of orders will be accepted after the order has been paid.
    Please make sure the email address provided is correct when placing your order.

  1. **Shipping & Delivery**:
    We provide SF Express/transportation company to arrange delivery.
    After the order is scheduled to be shipped, customers will receive shipping email notification details, so please wait patiently.

  1. ** Product Return**:
    All goods are non-returnable unless there are errors or omissions in the goods. If customers find any errors or omissions after receiving the goods, Dreams shop provides customers with a "seven-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt). Please report it to us within 7 days after signing for the goods.

  1. **Item out of stock**:
    If there is a shortage, our company will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund. We apologize for your understanding.
